As you know Gypsy MVP has had the privilege to purchase a stallion like no other. We are honored to be able to have “Sunny” as our new herd sire. We will be offering him at stud as well as selling mares in foal to him. We would also like to announce that we bought one of his daughters. She looks just like him and 2 blue eyes. She will be here mid May.

If you have a horse that you would like to sell but just don’t have the advertisement please consider us as we have found good homes for the horses we have offered for sale.

Well its off to the barn for now got to go love on the little ones. All are so sweet.

Thank you

Gypsy Horse Cremello Colt Born over weekend

Monday, April 13th, 2009

Hello!

Well Saturday morning we had a cremello colt! We have decides to name him Cullen. He was such a smart boy with in one hour of birth he was up and nursing. Momma is doing well and taking the best care of him. At this point in time we are not sure if we are going to offer him for sale due to his color.

Now that spring is here love is in the air. The stallions are feeling good and carrying themselves proud as to impress the ladies. It is just a beautiful site.

At our Bellville ranch all the horses are doing well and enjoying the new babies! La Shaia (who is now sold) has been at every birth, she just loves to see her new family members.

Goya is doing well an has fallen in love with the kids who have been visiting for the Holidays. She is such a great baby sitter she keeps the little busy and safe.

Hope everyone had a GREAT holiday weekend and don’t forget to send in you name ideas.

Weekend News

Monday, April 6th, 2009

Erica had some children stop by the ranch this weekend and a fun time was had by all!  Including Goya.  She was the center of attention.  The kids were riding her bareback-no harness-no nothing and she was loving every moment of it.

We also had a new arrival on the ranch, a sweet little buckskin filly with blue eyes was born. Her name is Serenity.

Today we are starting to body  clip all the Vanners. In the Texas heat it’s important to help them remove their winter coats. Seems like it just gets too hot here, too fast.

And last but not least, we will begin taking new videos of the horses this week.

Sounds like a busy week on the ranch!

Dappled Chocolate Palomino Gypsy Vanner Mare

Dappled Chocolate Palomino Gypsy Vanner Mare

Well it’s confirmed, Mahe,Lugnhasa , and Lashaia have all gotten a new home.  They will be going to a farm in Tennesse.  Congratulations go out to their new owner!

In other news, Honey’s price was just lowered to $25k. She’s such a pretty horse.

We are still waiting for 3 mares to foal. Juno was supposed to have foaled over the weekend, but she hasn’t as of yet. I guess mother nature has a way of taking care of things on her own time!

Goya got an honor over the weekend! She went on her very first trail ride and got to be the lead horse for the ride. Erica says she is absolutely amazing. She can’t wait to find her a nice family to belong to. She would make the perfect kids horse.
